Best management staff we've had in years
I've lived here for about 5 years now, and I'm not one to complain about much... but the new management is the best we have ... had since I've lived here. You can tell that they are caring and compassionate about their tenants. That means everything to me. I've lived in 3 Fath properties (Aspen, Compton Lake and Lake of the Woods) and enjoyed each of them. My only reason for ... moving from each was to upgrade in size. Lake of the Woods is a beautiful place. My area has been quite. Maintenance is very polite when I need them (rarely). Using online request portal is convenient. It is a clean property; Maintenance picks up trash every morning. Office staff has changed often in properties (promotions, property moves, etc) but I make extra effort to partner with them to ensure both my needs and communities are met. Only 2 things and although these are with every property it is frustrating -- trash receptacle areas are filthy (inconsiderate occupants) AND increases to rent. Most Amazing Apartment Complex I’ve Ever Lived In!
My fiancé and I lived here from Feb 2018- Feb 2019 and it was such a wonderful experience! I’ve never lived in a place where ... I felt so appreciated as a tenant. The ladies in the office were always so helpful and genuinely nice, along with the maintenance men who always responded to any troubles we were having in a timely manner. The apartments are well kept, neighbors are friendly, and it is so quiet and peaceful for a community so close to everything. I could go on and on about my experience and it is nothing but positive. If my fiancé and I hadnt needed to relocate we would have definitely stayed with them. 10/10 It’s an amaning place to live. Thank you for making our first home together such a great experience.
